Deze week huurden we bij OAAS een ruimte voor een externe meeting en we waren super tevreden. Vanaf het eerste contact deed Imani er alles aan om onze boeking snel te regelen en goed op te volgen, altijd even vriendelijk en met de glimlach. Ook op de dag zelf was alles heel fijn geregeld en het eten was écht superlekker! Een aangename plek waar je je meteen welkom voelt. Zeker een aanrader als je op zoek bent naar een fijne locatie in het centrum van Antwerpen. Wij komen met plezier terug!

Onze samenwerking met OAAS was van begin tot eind een heel fijne ervaring. De communicatie verliep steeds vlot en professioneel, en alles werd tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Van de prachtige locatie tot de organisatie en de catering: alles klopte! Dankzij de goede ondersteuning van het OAAS-team konden we volop genieten van een geslaagd event. How many people can meet in the room?
Up to 8 people in the meeting room. For more people you rent the whole place, for 20 to 49 people.
What does the meeting room cost?
€ 199 ex VAT per half day, from 8:00 to 12:00 or from 12:00 to 16:00. The full day, from 8:00 to 16:00, costs € 360 ex VAT. Catering is charged separately per person.
Is there wifi and a screen?
Yes. There is wifi, daylight and a large TV screen to present on. Still and sparkling water are ready.
Can I host a pop-up store or an event?
Yes. A pop-up can always take place in the meeting room, also during opening hours. For an event you rent the whole place, always from 16:30. From € 445 ex VAT, tailored price after your request.
Is it possible before 8:00 or after 16:00?
Yes, via a separate request, with a surcharge.
Where is the room?
Kronenburgstraat 14, Antwerp South. Tram stop Tropisch Instituut is about 170 metres away, Museum about 300 metres.

Brunch buffet & expo
On Sunday 20 September we fill our brunch table again with a generous all-you-can-eat brunch buffet. Choose one of two seatings: 9:00–11:30 or 12:00–14:30. Water and homemade iced tea are included. € 37 per person.
All weekend long, 18, 19 and 20 September, you can also discover the exhibition by Rebekka Vanderhaeghen at OAAS.
On Sunday 20 September our kitchen is closed for regular orders. That day we serve only the brunch buffet.
